**Your role**
- Do you know how to manage and deliver Products and Services?
- We’re looking for a Tech Product & Service Manager for Group Chief Technology Office in Basel to:
- build, establish and deliver various Data Science platforms like Dataiku DSS, Alteryx, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse and Azure DataBricks
- plan and deliver integration with AI, Data & Analytics which is the bank's next-gen unified Data Science platform.
- provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues throughout the bank and other 3rd party vendors
- have a plan to develop the Data Science products and service delivery roadmap with measurable outcomes
- keep accurate and up-to-date records on vendor contracts and invoices
- take a strategic view of the industry and clients’ requirements around Model development life cycle, governance and closely monitor internal compliance
- comply with all regulations, policies and standards to be in line with our risk management culture

**Your team**
- The Data Science Service is responsible for providing a Data Science platform. Organizationally the service is within the Group Chief Technology Office sector of Group Technology, which provides the infrastructure that under pins the entire bank globally. More specifically within Group CTO, Data Platforms Service provides stewardship for data pertaining to UBS Technology and a set of data and analytics platform services (covering big data, data science, data management and data visualization) which allow users across UBS to answer their own questions and gain significant insights. The Data Science Service covers more than 30 countries, including Switzerland and has over 5000 employees as direct internal clients.
- Based in Switzerland, it is part of the global Data Science team and reports directly into the Global Head of Data Science Service.

**Your expertise**
- Masters in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology
- 15 years of relevant IT experience and 5+ years of experience in Product and Service management preferably in financial services
- seasoned professional in managing Data science platforms and 3rd party commercial software's
- proven track record of engineering and systems integration
- experience ideally in data science products such as Dataiku DSS, Alteryx, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse and Azure Data Bricks
- efficient communicator and people leader managing diverse global teams
- experience with Agile ways of working and delivery
- knowledge or certification on Azure cloud concepts would be a plus
- fluency in English is required
