**Beschreibung**:
Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, F. Hofmann-La Roche Ltd. mit Sitz in Kaiseraugst, per sofort einen motivierten und engaigerten **Junior Process Manager **für einen befristeten Einsatz von 2 Jahren.

Die Abteilung Visuelle Inspektion ist für die Inspektion der Parenteralen Produktion in Kaiseraugst zuständig.

Die Visuelle Inspektion besteht aus drei Kernelementen: Inspektion, Mitarbeiterqualifikation, Testsatz Management. Bei der Inspektion unterscheidet man zwischen manueller Inspektion, halbautomatischer und vollautomatischer Inspektion.

Als Process Manager unterstützt man den täglichen Routinebetrieb der Gruppe mittels Fachexpertise und Troubleshooting. Man bringr Projekte in den einzelnen Kernelementen zur Verbesserung des Ablaufes voran, betreibt aktives Change Management und kümmert sich um Anfragen rund um die Abteilung.

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Vertretung des Teams in lokalen und globalen Investitionsprojekten (z.B. Anschaffung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen) sowie in Expertenmeetings
- Selbständige Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von umfassenden Projekten in allen Tätigkeitsbereichen, wie zum Beispiel im Bereich Produkttransfers sowie Produktportfolios
- Treibende Kraft bei der Erstellung und Freigabe von cGMP-Dokumenten sowie Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Schulungen für die Einhaltung der cGMP-gerechten Tätigkeiten
- Management von Änderungen (planned events) sowie Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen (unplanned events), korrektiven/präventiven Massnahmen (CAPA’s), internen Beanstandungen (Complaints) sowie Risikoanalysen
- Coaching und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Lean Production Systems im Wertstrom sowie Mitarbeit bei relevanten Analysen und Berechnungen mit dem Ziel Verbesserung der Qualität, Effizienz und Kostenreduktion von unseren Prozessen
- Experte bei Behördeninspektionen und Audits
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen wichtigen Bereichen (benachbarte Wertströme, Supporteinheiten und weitere Schnittstellen) zur Erreichung ambitionierter Ziele bezüglich Durchlaufzeit, Qualität, Engagement und Kosten in Bezug zu den PT Mileposts
- Einhaltung aller Sicherheits
- und Umweltvorschriften, sowie bewusste Förderung der Betriebssicherheit

**Anforderungen**:

- Studium mit naturwissenschaftlich-/ technischem Hintergrund (z.B. Mikrobiologie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder vergleichbar) oder abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Pharmaabereich, bevorzugt in einem parenteralen Produktionsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von umfassenden Projekten
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
- Kenntnisse bezüglich Prozessverbesserungen
- Routinierter Umgang mit IT-Systemen
- Fließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt, darüber hinaus überzeugende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar und konfliktfähig
- Fähigkeit und Offenheit, die Chancen und die Vorteile von Veränderungen zu erkennen und zu leben
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung sowie kollaborative Arbeitsweise

**Nice to haves**:

- Ein Interesse in den Bereichen Coaching und Change Management sowie Agile Management
- Erfahrung in Bearbeitung von UPE und PEs (Abweichungs und Änderungsmanagement)
- Erfahrung in Behördeninspektionen und Audits
