• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting a high-performance culture and fostering their growth and development
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, monitor, and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed
• Financial Controls: Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, and provide recommendations to minimize exposure
• Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and stakeholders
• Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in due diligence and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions
• Cost Management: Optimize cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong experience in a senior finance role with leadership responsibilities
• Profound knowledge of financial management, accounting, and budgeting
• Exceptional analytical and solution-oriented skills
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with financial systems and software (ERP, financial modeling, etc.)
• Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making
