**Junior UX Designer at Scandit Zürich**

As a UX Designer at Scandit, you will be responsible for designing mobile apps that solve next-generation problems for augmented reality experiences, demonstrate our capabilities to a broad audience, and enable our customers to experience our data capture technologies in their workflows.

**What You Will Do**
- Work closely with our design team to develop and expand product design systems
- Guide visual direction for our products and help maintain consistent brand identity
- Work in collaboration with key project team members including Engineers, Strategy, Product Managers, and creative leads
- Turn broadly-defined conceptual ideas into beautiful user interfaces
- Assist in testing design prototypes for usability internally and with end-users
- Execute detailed designs
- Build and improve UX flows using Scandit design system and its components
- Work closely with engineering during implementation and QA

**Who You Are**
- You are a creative person and love to delve into unconventional UX challenges
- You have a great eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design
- You have either industry or school project experiences in camera-based input (e.g. camera app, image search, AR) or any related context
- Previous internship or full-time experience(s) in mobile UX design (research, conceptual design, prototyping, validation, visual design) is nice to have
- You're good at using Figma and UX prototyping tools (ProtoPie/FramerJS/Invision/Principle..)
- Experience using After Effects/Unity is a huge plus
- You must have excellent English communication skills. Being able to speak (Swiss) German is a plus.
