Summary
As a UX /UI Designer at Hyatt EAME, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional digital experiences for our customers across web, mobile web, and native app platforms. If you are a visionary full-stack designer with a passion for breaking down barriers between design, engineering, and product, we want you on our team. **About the role**:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy & Product EAME, you will be responsible for furthering the UX design and research practice at Hyatt. You will play a critical role in ideating, developing, and delivering innovative digital experiences throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and data analytics teams to increase engagement, personalize interactions, and improve the user experience. Your work will stay true to our brand voice and identity, while simultaneously reimagining the digital journey for Hyatt's web and mobile products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role you will work on improving core features, both for our customer platforms and for our enterprise products.
- Review and improve the user experience for customers and internal personas.
- Partner with product, engineering and marketing to understand business objectives and uncover customer insights.
- Perform user research to capture guest motivations, goals, and feedback to inform product design direction.
- Produce the artifacts (wireframes, UI, etc.) needed to take your ideas from conception to production.
- Actively seek and provide feedback on the product.
- Optimize digital experiences through use of UX best practices, trends, conversion metrics, testing and design patterns and the delivery of digital assets.
- Demonstrates a commitment to Hyatt core values.

- Strong web and mobile experience, preferably in B2C
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing
- Able to clearly communicate relevant research findings through presentations and written documentation.
- You can design beautiful UIs as well as UX
**Preferred/Bonus Qualifications**:
- Experience with international customers
- Background in restaurant, hotel, or airline digital experiences
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
