**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen und ein erfolgreiches Schweizer Virtual Reality Start-up aktiv mitgestalten? Dann sollten wir uns kennen lernen.**

Als Head of Sales Switzerland bist du für den Vertrieb in der Schweiz und das Schweizer Sales Team verantwortlich. Dein Ziel besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass unser Jahresumsatz innerhalb der nächsten 3 Jahre signifikant gesteigert werden kann. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist deshalb die Weiterentwicklung einer erfolgreichen Vertriebsorganisation, das coachen des Sales Teams sowie die Steuerung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsaktivitäten mit Fokus Schweiz. Zudem unterstützt du die Geschäftsleitung bei der Expansion von HEGIAS in Europa und weltweit. In dieser Rolle musst du «hands-on» sein, unser Produkt aktiv verkaufen und deine eigenen monatlichen Umsatzziele erreichen, wie alle anderen im Vertriebsteam.

Weiter gehört zu deinen Aufgaben:

- Du kannst auf eine grosse Anzahl an bestehenden Leads aufbauen und generierst selber neue Leads
- Du entwickelst eigenverantwortlich Vertriebsaktivitäten und übernimmst den ganzen Verkaufsprozess über die Angebotserstellung, Verhandlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du präsentierst unsere weltweit einzigartige Lösung überzeugend auf Roadshows, Events, Fachmessen und Seminaren
- Du erkennst und erschliesst aufgrund deiner Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen neue Potenziale und arbeitest proaktiv mit externen und internen Partnern zusammen.

- Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von Software Lösungen und eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität mit
- Du bist ein natürlicher Leader Typ und hast bereits erfolgreich High Performance Teams gecoacht
- Startup Erfahrung wie auch Erfahrung in Architektur, der Bau
- und Immobilienbranche sind von Vorteil
- Du bist reisefreudig und kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du zeigst Eigenverantwortung, Initiative und Freude an Technik und Teamarbeit
- Du interessierst dich für das zukünftige Massenmedium Virtual Reality und das Metaverse
- Es motiviert dich mit einem revolutionären Produkt sowohl für unsere Kunden und Anwender als auch für die Gesellschaft und die Umwelt etwas Gutes zu leisten
