Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Switzerland is looking for a Government Affairs & Policy Intern at Cilag International GmbH

This position is an entry-level opportunity in the field of Government Affairs & Policy for half a year. It is particularly aimed at students with bachelor’s degree, aiming to continue with a master’s degree in international Affairs, political science or similar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- establishing concise briefing document in view of meetings with Government Officials
- preparing briefing documents for J&J representatives in view of Trade Association meetings
- preparing and presenting problem statement and impact analysis of policies
- participating actively in team meetings

- Bachelor’s degree

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to communicate precisely
- Develop problem statement of specific policy areas, summarizing policy issues
- Good knowledge of Swiss politics and policy processes

**Preferred**:

- High interest in politics and policy shaping
- Presentation skills

**Other**:

- Fluent in German and English
