**Ihre Aufgaben**
In dieser anspruchsvollen Position erarbeiten Sie die Marktzugangsstrategien für den Schweizer Markt in unseren verschiedenen Therapiegebieten Onkologie, Neurologie, Fertilität, Endokrinologie und Cardiometabolic Care. In Zusammenarbeit mit IhremVorgesetzten, den Business Units und dem globalen Team erarbeiten Sie die entsprechenden Preis
- und Launch-Strategien für bestehende und neue Produkte. Sie erstellen und finalisieren die Preis
- und Erstattungsdossiers und verhandeln mit den Gesundheitsbehörden. Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit bauen Sie sich ein Netzwerk zu Behörden, Krankenkassen und weiteren Stakeholdern auf und pflegen dieses. Die Bearbeitung von off-label/off-reimbursement Anfragen ergänzt Ihre Aufgaben.

Sie rapportieren direkt an den Head Market Access and Government Affairs und arbeiten in einem multidisziplinären Umfeld sowohl auf lokaler Ebene zusammen mit dem Medical-, Commercial-, Regulatory Affairs Team, sowie auch auf globaler Ebene.Als Market Access Manager erwartet Sie eine selbständige, abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in einem zukunftsorientierten Umfeld.

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss in Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften, Pharmaökonomie oder vergleichbares Studium (auch mit Promotion möglich)
- Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position im Pharmamarkt und erste Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesundheitssystems sind von Vorteil
- Persönlichkeit mit strategischer Orientierung, Integrationsfähigkeit, gewissenhafter Arbeitsweise sowie überzeugender Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise gute Französischkenntnisse
