**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Prozess
- & IT-Prüfungen in allen Teilkonzernen sowie Funktionsbereichen national und international, sowohl im Rahmen des Auditplans als auch von Sonderprüfungen
- Zielgerichtete Bewertung der Angemessenheit und Effektivität vorhandener Kontrollsysteme (inkl. ICoFR und ITGC) sowie der Ordungungsmässigkeit der Prozesse
- Abstimmung der Ergebnisse und der empfohlenen Verbesserungsmassnahmen mit dem Management der geprüften Einheiten/Funktionen
- Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse und Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Auditsysteme und aktive Mitgestaltung der Auditplanung des Folgejahres
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von IT Audits
- Präsentation der Prüfungsergebnisse vor dem Management/Vorstand der geprüften Bereiche
- Konzeptionelle und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prüfungsansätze
- Berichterstattung an den Leiter des Operational & Financial Audit (OFA) sowie dem Audit Committee der REHAU-Gruppe
- Neutraler Berater für das Supervisory Board

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Eigenverantwortliche und motivierte Arbeitsweise, hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein sciheres Auftreten
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse verbunden mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der internen Revision im Umfeld eines global tätigen Unternehmens
- Erfahrung bei der Durchführung, der Interpretation und Präsentation von Ergebnissen aufgrund von Massendatenanalysen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in nationaler und internationaler Rechnungslegung sowie Datenanalysetools, z.B. ACL, WinIdes, SQL
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
- Verhandlungsichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse verbunden mit internationaler Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50%)
- Erfolgreiche Weiterbildung im Bereich Internal Audit z.B. CISA, CISM, CIA, ACFE, CRMA, CPA
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Enterprise Risk Management und einschlägiger RM Standards
- Gute Kenntnisse von Datenanalyse
- und Process-mining-Software sowie Interesse an der Anwendung
- Analytische Fähigkeiten um komplexe Problemstellungen rasch zu erfassen und entsprechende Folgerungen zu ziehen
