**Supply Performance Manager (M/F/d) - 24 months contract**

Supply Performance Management for CMOs is the key Supply Chain Management interface between the Bayer Consumer Health division and our external manufacturing partners. You will have key operational leadership position in managing the supply planning operations of our external manufacturing partners while being a reliable partner to our internal stakeholders.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor and assess supply needs from Bayer affiliates, and production / supply plan from external suppliers to meet those needs (Management of SAP APO DP/SNP in consideration of inventory targets and master data settings).
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, including creation and management of customer specific sales orders, deliveries, transportation planning and freight management.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of Site Supply Review meetings and/or participate in the Leadership Team external supplier meetings.
- Monitor and achieve Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (Service Level, Schedule Attainment, OTIF, Inventories, Flexibility, Scrapping, etc.), share best practices and support with systems and BCC planning processes.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to suppliers, managing the order to invoice cycle with them.
- Create and manage Customer Sales Orders and Intercompany Purchase Orders, when appropriate.
- Exception based management of supply chain issues, direction and prioritization of the supply chain.
- Propose improvement opportunities in the supply chain pipeline.
- Manage product life-cycle projects, coordination of change requests for New Product Introductions, Text and Layout changes, Product Eliminations and other Change management Requests, as assigned in Bayer internal Standard Operational Processes.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- BS/BA in Business, Logistics, Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Experience in SAP SD/MM and SAP APO, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and other software packages.
- Sufficient theoretical and practical background in production planning, logistics and forecasting.
- Experiences in Product Lifecycle Management projects.
- Understanding of legal, regulatory and GMP/GXP environment in OTC marketing and manufacturing including product lifecycle management.
- Proactive and analytical approach, solution oriented with the ability to solve problems and set priorities.
- High degree of customer focus.
- Basic project management skills.
- Skills to effectively resolve conflicts in a team environment and with non-Bayer entities.
