Das Family Office ist in der Beteiligungsverwaltung sowie den privaten Vermögensangelegenheiten des Principals aktiv und beschäftigt auf den jeweiligen Gebieten ausgewiesene Talente, die gemeinsam ein hochprofessionelles Team bilden. Neben Aktien und Immobilien bilden Start-ups einen Schwerpunkt im breit diversifizierten Portfolio. Dies ist die Ausgangslage für eine interessante, vielseitige und ausbaubare Assistenzposition, die langfristig ausgerichtet ist.

Um den Principal optimal entlasten zu können, müssen Sie Entscheidungsgrundlagen erarbeiten können, die Basics im Finanzbereich kennen sowie Interesse an Start-ups und IT mitbringen. Sie setzen die heute üblichen digitalen Tools effektiv ein, und dabei ist Ihnen keine Aufgabe zu gross und keine zu klein. Zusammen mit einer sympathischen Kollegin, die den Principal sämtlichen privaten Anliegen unterstützt, bilden Sie das administrative Rückgrat des Family Offices. Team
- und Selbstmanagementfähigkeiten sind gefragt, um im Sinne von «plug & play» einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf zu gewährleisten. Sie denken mit und voraus und steuern Ihre Arbeitsbereiche so, dass diese zu jedem Zeitpunkt zielorientiert laufen.
**Die Position**
Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Unterstützung aller **Businessaktivitäten** im Family Office. Sie kümmern sich um das geschäftliche Agendamanagement und die Inbox-Verwaltung des Principals und stehen dem Management-Team zur Seite. Neben der Terminadministration, der Organisation Geschäftsreisen, obliegt Ihnen die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet das Office-Management inklusive vorbereitender HR-Aufgaben, Rechnungsmanagement und die Schnittstellenfunktion zu externen Stellen. Mit der Einbindung in Projekte des Principals gestaltet sich Ihr Aufgabengebiet ausgesprochen vielfältig. Das Team ist in stetem Kontakt mit globalen Stakeholdern und Sie werden aktiv ins Tagesgeschäft eingebunden, was ein eigenständiges Pendenzen-Management und effiziente Arbeitsweise voraussetzt. Sie können sich in dieser Rolle nicht nur beweisen, sondern auch sukzessive fachliches Know-how aufbauen und mit Ihren Aufgaben wachsen.
**Ihre persönlichen & fachlichen Einstiegsvoraussetzungen**
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein B.A. in Business Administration verbunden, mit mindestens sechs Jahren Berufserfahrung (ideal: Financial Services, Vermögensverwaltung, Family Office, Anwaltskanzlei o.ä.).
- Fliessende, stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Advanced-/Proficiency-Level).
- Versierte MS Office-Kenntnisse (Office 365), Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Sie haben ein generelles Interesse an IT - Technologien und Innovationen, praktisches Handling der neusten Tools und Apps für effizientes Arbeiten (Productivity/Collaboration).
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist vorausschauend, lösungsorientiert, zuverlässig; auch in zeitkritischen oder stressigen Situationen besitzen Sie ein professionelles Auftreten.
- Sie denken vernetzt und lösen herausfordernde Situationen mit Sachverstand und Pragmatismus.
