Overview of Role

As a Business Manager of our Swiss Investment Department, you support our Head of Investments and Chief Investment Officer as your primary responsibility, in all day-to-day operations and projects. You help to manage the deliverables and activities of the Investment department, which include interactions with the partner teams and internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with policies and procedures and establish and evaluate the goals and objectives of the department and its project portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise team heads on the management of projects and risks
- Coordinate the Investments first
- and second line of defense (risk and compliance) efforts
- Design, adapt and implement relevant framework, processes and policies for Investments
- Train and educate staff members appropriately
- Execute monitoring activities, including reporting
- Create and manage effective action plans in response new projects, initiatives or regulatory changes
- Manage / contribute to relevant projects

Education and Qualifications
- A university degree or comparable education, preferably a master’s degree, in business administration or similar

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in banking or financial services consulting, preferably in the area of Business management or development, regulatory, risk or project management
- Solid understanding of the wealth management industry and related business activities
- Familiarity with relevant financial services regulations
- Strong MS Office skills
- Problem-solving mind-set combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Self-driven, organized and collaborative personality
- Strong communication skills in English and German, any other language a plus
