Director, Perfumery Transformation

You will join the Perfumery Transformation Team to ensure delivery of the complex cross-business program in an interdisciplinary environment. You will focus on optimizing our perfumery creation processes with responsibility to lead structuring and tracking of all creation optimization work streams on all levels

**Work location**: Geneva headquarters, Switzerland

**(alternative location**: any European Firmenich affiliates)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute complex, multi-variable data analyses linked to optimizing the creation palette in coordination with creation experts, procurement and commercial teams

Frame operational execution plans to implement changes to purchasing, supply chain and creation processes to drive improvements

Strategic thinking to build “pilot” programs and translate pilots globally

Ensuring identified initiatives get into implementation, and to guide them to fast and pragmatic execution

Being a service/support function for the organization - allowing line functions and creation teams to focus on implementation

Active participation on broader Perfumery Transformation activities with flexibility to work on transformation projects beyond creation in due course in coordination with the Perfumery Transformation Team

Core experience and competencies

University degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or related field of study

Min 3-5 years of professional experience (ideally in management consulting). Experience in corporate transformation would be an asset, although not required

Good knowledge of Financial Statements, with focus on cash flow

Versatile and comfortable engaging with people from different cultures

Willing to travel globally

Excellent English language skills, French is a plus
