Creative Services Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for refining and developing the processes regarding the internal workflow, priorities, agendas and deadlines for each member of the team.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Designing, monitoring the project planning and delivery
- Conducting weekly meetings of cross-functional teams
- Being responsible for day-to-day departmental duties:

- Managing projects from creative request/brief to project finalization
- Daily update of the project management tool for Creative Team
- Daily collaboration with Brand Managers and other departments in order to drive projects rollout and workflow
- Daily collaboration with external agencies and production suppliers
- Managing and organizing recurring status meetings with Creative Team, Creative Director, Brand Team
- Supporting the team in collecting, shipping products/set design for shootings and takes care the storage for shootings in Zurich and Paris.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Project Management in the communication/advertising field (preferably in Luxury industry)
- Great organizational and communicational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
- Problem solving
- Great team player
- Agile mindset
- Fluent in English, spoken and in writing.
