Internship - Sales

**Internship Sales - CH/AT**

In this role, you support the Sales Manager with retailer meetings by preparing presentations, retailer agreements and providing business intelligence. You are also

leading and coordinating the monthly demand planning process for CH/AT.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
**Demand Planning & Reporting CH/AT**
- Review monthly forecast for CH/AT and liaise between Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Propose adjustments and update monthly forecast in OMP (global demand planning tool).
- Consolidation of all sales reports and follow-up with retailers on missing reports.
- Provide sell-in vs sell-out analysis and track stock levels by retailer.
- Continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and enrichment of business intelligence

**Sales Support**
- Support the Sales Manager with retailer meetings by preparing presentations, retailer agreements and providing business intelligence.
- Launch management support including creation of order forms and preparation of retailer presentation.
- Filing of all contracts and agreements.
- Support changes in distribution (openings / closings).

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in business & economics, business administration or similar.
- Analytical mindset, strong Excel, and MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication skills, cooperative and team player
- “Can-do” attitude, willingness to think outside the box and find new solutions.
- Beauty industry knowledge a plus
- Fluent in German and English, French is beneficial
