Über die Position

Du leitest Maschinenprojekte mit hoher Komplexität ab finaler Verkaufsphase bis zur Maschinenabnahme beim Kunden. Du bist verantwortlich für das Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement. Zusammen mit den Kunden und den internen Stellen erarbeitest Du die individuelle Auftragsplanung, die Arbeitspakete und Meilensteine bis zur Endabnahme beim Kunden. Du leitest die Projektteams, organisierst Kick-Off-Meetings und stellst die Systemkonzepte und Terminplanung inklusive Meilensteine den verschiedenen Teams und Partnern vor. Du pflegst ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Projektmanagement und trägst die Verantwortung für die technische und organisatorische Koordination der jeweiligen Projektteams sowie den externen Partnern. Du nimmst die Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen den verschiedenen Bereichen wahr und sorgst für einen steten Informationsfluss. Du überwachst und kontrollierst Termine, Funktionalität und Kosten des Projekts und leitest gegebenenfalls Massnahmen ein. Du pflegst das Reporting der parallellaufenden Kundenaufträge und zeigst bei Abweichungen Korrekturmassnahmen für das Management auf. Die Nachkalkulation sowie die Projektanalyse gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet. Du berätst, betreust und unterstützt die Kunden und die Verkaufsabteilung.

Was Du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

Technische oder Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung FH/Uni Projektmanagement-Erfahrung im Maschinenbau mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Pharmazeutischer oder Medizinaltechnischer Industrie sowie mit GxP und GAMP von Vorteil Strukturierte und disziplinierte Arbeitsweise Kunden- und teamorientierte Einstellung Englischkenntnisse mind. auf einem B2Niveau Deutschkenntnisse auf einem C2 Niveau PMI PMP Zertifizierung von Vorteil
