- evelop and maintain a project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, and budget for the transformation project C
- ommunicate project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors F
- acilitate the resolution of project roadblocks and conflicts E
- nsure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time M
- aintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project status reports, and risk logs M
- onitor and report on project performance, including tracking project budget and resources I
- dentify and assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them F
- acilitate the development of project governance and risk management processes L
- ead and support selected organizational projects with a focus on reorganization and process optimization in the Technical Accounting & Administration department. S
- upport the development and establishment of a controlling system to demonstrate increased efficiency, including the introduction of corresponding reports. S
- erve as the technical contact person for reorganization and restructuring topics and requests from the P&C Transformation Officer. L
- ead and organize trainings and workshops and prepare materials such as PowerPoint presentations and minutes.

- niversity or college degree is an advantage m
- inimum 3 years of experience in a project office function c
- omfortable with driving and managing change and challenging the status quo a
- team player and prefer to work on international projects within a diverse and remote working environment R
- esults and objective orientation with the ability to work independently and deliver on time to the desired quality. A self starter. V
- ery good knowledge of English, any other langue is of advantage
