COO Project Management Office / Business Manager

L'équipe COO Business Management opère au sein de l'état-major de l'unité Clientèle Privée (COO Office) et a pour mission principale d’être un soutien au CP Chief Operating Office, à ce titre l’équipe centralise, coordonne et supervise le suivi du portefeuille de projets (budget et délivrables) ainsi que l’activité du Département afin d’offrir au Responsable du Département (le COO) la visibilité nécessaire à la gestion du CP COO Office qui compte plusieurs unités et plus de 200 collaborateurs répartis à l’international sur plusieurs sites.

Mission
- Organiser et superviser à l’aide de rapports d’activités adaptés les activités du CP COO Office localement et à l’international ainsi que le portefeuille de projets conduits dans le département
- Garantir la gestion des demandes des clients internes et leurs priorisations selon la gouvernance et les processus en place
- Être une force de proposition dans la conduite et le suivi du portefeuille de projets et l’accompagner avec des méthodologies novatrices et agiles
- Agir comme un ambassadeur du CP COO Office auprès de nos parties prenantes et de nos interlocuteurs
- Garantir des rapports managériaux de qualité et assurer occasionnellement leur restitution

Cahier des charges
- Organiser et gérer l’exercice budgétaire pour la CP (Clientèle Privée) en collaboration avec les parties prenantes principales Front Office, IT et Opérations.
- Proposer des améliorations liées au suivi du portefeuille projets, i.e. définition et implémentation de mesures du succès, ROI, etc..
- Superviser le suivi du portefeuille projets CP au niveau CP Global sur le plan budgétaire et délivrables en collaboration avec les chargés de projets, Product manager et User Journey managers
- Garantir la production des reporting de suivis mensuels et trimestriels relatifs au suivi du portefeuille programmes/projets sur les 4 dimensions : ressource, planning, risk et budget pour les divers comités (CP ExCo, Opcom, etc )
- Revoir et améliorer les processus clés et la méthodologie des activités de Change Management (Business Transformation et GXatCP) conjointement avec le T&O
- Accompagner le suivi du plan capacitaire du CP COO Office
- Organiser et animer les séances de priorisation des demandes d’évolution informatiques avec le métier et l’IT
- Assurer le soutien logistique et technique sur ce processus
- Coordonner l’animation du portefeuille d’activités du CP COO office avec les responsables d’équipe
- Assurer la publication des rapports d’activité au CP COO

Hard skills:

- Formation universitaire technique (EPFL, etc ) ou en informatique (HEG Informatique ou équivalent) ou économique/financière (HES/G ou équivalent)
- Expérience 4-5 années dans le domaine bancaire (expérience dans un département informatique ou gestion de projets bancaires serait un plus) ou du consulting
- Expertise dans l’utilisation d’outil gestion de projets, i.e. Service Now, Jira
- Expertise dans l’utilisation des outils de traitement et gestion de données (Excel, Access)
- Expertise dans l’utilisation de power point pour restitution des messages clés
- Parle couramment l'anglais et le français, a d’excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale)

- Ouvert d’esprit et bon relationnel
- Forte capacité de négociation permettant de gérer des situations complexes avec des collaborateurs de séniorité variées
- Sait faire preuve d'initiative, de rigueur et se démarque par une forte appropriation du travail
- Aptitude à fonctionner de manière indépendante et à diriger des projets de réalisations avec une supervision limitée
- Aisance à développer des réseaux, à fédérer des participants d’horizons divers
- Capacité à présider des réunions avec un ordre du jour clair, des contributions et des résultats documentés
- Résilient, capable de proposer des priorités dans un environnement en constante évolution et à haute pression
- « Team player » avec une forte volonté de participer et d'aider les autres
