We are looking for a Communication and administration coordinator (M/F/x) to join Straumann Villeret SA, the main dental implant system production site of the Straumann Group. Located in the French speaking part of Switzerland our production sites in Villeret and Corgémont currently employ more than 1,000 staff.

**In your role you will**:

- Lead actions for site visits and coordinate site event logistics,
- Host costumer visits and tours at the Straumann Villeret SA-site,
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Customer Relations and Marketing teams in Basel with respect to the organization of customer visits,
- Provide inputs for supporting materials (i.e. presentations, videos, etc ) representing the manufacturing site to the marketing team,
- Ensure training of the pool of tour guides is maintained and up to date,
- Manage and maintain site visit calendar,
- Ensure the allocation of additional guides based on the size of the visitor group,
- Prepare/support site internal communication materials,
- Provide general administrative, communication and/or technical writing support as per site needs.
- Consults with management, employees, and departments to identify communication needs.
- Recommends the creation of communication tools that meet the company's needs.
- Establish, track and report company KPIs in accordance with established procedures.
- Support the business in providing quality communication for internal use.
- Ensure customer visits can occur as per plan and with mínimal disruption to operational activities.
- Execute/support site projects related to communication, site tours, technical writing in line with site needs and strategic objectives.

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing or similar
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). German and a 4th language is a big plus
- Communicates clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
- Dynamic and engaging individual
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- IT-literate, confirmed ability to create high quality PowerPoint-presentations
- Ability to adapt communication style and presentation content depending on the audience
- Confirmed ability to grasp technical concepts and process flows and explain them in a clear and engaging manner
- Rigorous with attention to detail
- Cross-functional team player who can also work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good organization skills and ready to go the extra mile
