As an Operational Excellence Leader (OpEx), you will play a key role in optimizing operational processes, implementing lean management, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement at our Villeret site. You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, particularly in flow management, production time optimization, waste reduction, and implementing best operational practices to ensure product quality excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**1 - Lean Management and Continuous Improvement**:
Develop, lead, and implement a continuous improvement strategy for the Villeret site:

- Identify key sources of loss at the site.
- Define a roadmap based on quick wins converging towards a cultural adoption of continuous improvement.
- Establish fundamental principles and key processes of continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where every employee is involved in problem identification and resolution.
- Plan and lead regular Kaizen events to target specific areas of improvement.
- Evaluate and implement relevant ideas, recognizing and rewarding positive contributions.
- Implement regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Train and guide relays within all departments of the site.

**2 - Flow Management**:
Integral to the site assessment, flow analysis requires particular attention, especially regarding equipment implementation. It will be crucial to:

- Map the production and value streams of the site.
- Analyze potential improvement opportunities.
- Expand the use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) across departments to make it a common tool for understanding efficiency losses.
- Provide an end-to-end view of processes.
- Ensure effective synchronization of processes throughout the value chain.

**3 - Operational Performance Measurement**:
Implement short and medium-term performance management tools:

- Establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
- Implement a HOSHIN Matrix to improve organizational performance.
- Master the management of Technical Implementation Plans (TIP).
- Use visual dashboards to display key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement goals.
- Educate teams on the effective use of indicators as tools for performance evolution.
- Train staff in measurement and analysis methods for identifying dysfunction.
- Implement tracking systems to regularly measure and analyze operational performance, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

**4 - Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with operational teams, quality, and other departments to ensure transparent communication.
- Facilitate work sessions and workshops to encourage collaboration and problem-solving.
- Provide ongoing training to employees on Lean principles and associated tools.
- Make the site's performance visible to all site collaborators.

**Required Qualifications**:
Proven experience in implementing lean management and continuous improvement, ideally in the medical devices sector.

Experience in managing a production sector in a "Total Productive Maintenance" (TPM) model would be a major advantage.

Knowledge of medical device regulations/standards.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize operational processes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to act at both strategic and operational levels with a hands-on approach.

University degree in engineering or a related field.

Fluency in both French and English.
