**Your field of responsibility**

You will have the unique and challenging opportunity to be part of this evolutionary journey for the next level of Custody Services, to meet client's growing service demand. As a trusted partner, you will closely collaborate with multiple business and technology stakeholders along the process chain of Custody and Securities Settlement to shape and to drive the transformation towards the target service model. This role also involves direct interaction with our technology and business partners which allows you to establish a truly internal and external global network.

As part of the Global Operations Business Engineering, specialized in Business Analysis and Driving Changes, you’re focusing on the execution of strategic initiatives in the Custody Services which plays a central role within Credit Suisse to carry out high-quality and efficient banking services to clients across all business divisions ensuring the excellent execution of millions of transactions on a day-to-day basis. **Your skills and experience**

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details and high level of stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Results-oriented, hardworking individual who demonstrates transparent working style with frequent communication.
- Strong communication skills (Proficient in English), ensuring clarity of requirements to members of the team and other partners. This will enable you to bridge and connect the business with IT
- Excellent product, delivery, and project management expertise in Global Ops Custody & Securities Settlement.
- Knowledge of front-to-back banking processes (buy and sell-sides) with strong experience in CS back-office processing with primary focus on Custody, Securities Settlements and Asset Servicing. Any additional back-office processing knowledge are an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience of driving business analysis and change management with strong transformational mind-set and the perspective to achieve consistency/coherence across technical and procedural solutions.
- Proven experience in front-to-back regulatory programs focusing on securities settlement (e.g., CSDR) including to support client communication across all client segments.
- Used to work in an agile and in a truly international, multi-cultural environment.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
