Nach Jahren der Forschung wurde Planted im Juli 2019 als Spin-off der ETH Zürich gegründet. Unser Ziel ist es, die Welt besser zu machen. Mit einem revolutionären Plan: Biostrukturiertes Fleisch aus Pflanzen, das dem tierischen in Nichts nachsteht, mit einzigartigem Geschmack und authentischer Textur punktet und in Nachhaltigkeit und Gesundheit Kilometer vorauseilt

Als HR Business Partner Production bist du für den gesamten Employee Life-Cycle in unserer schnell wachsenden Lebensmittelproduktion verantwortlich und unterstützt unsere Produktionsleitung.

**Deine Mission**:

- Du berätst unsere Mitarbeitenden in der Lebensmittelproduktion in allen HR-Themen entlang des gesamten Employee Life-Cycles.
- Du rekrutierst Top-Talente für unseren Produktionsbetrieb.
- Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten operativen On
- und Offboardingprozess in der Produktion.
- Du unterstützt in der Entwicklung der bestmöglichen Employee Experience für alle Mitarbeitenden.
- Du pflegst die Personalstammdaten inkl. Zeit
- und Absenzenmanagement.
- Du holst Arbeits
- und Schichtbewilligungen ein und sorgst für deren Einhaltung.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Gesetze und Regulatorien in der Produktion.

**Du**:

- Verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich inklusive einer höheren Weiterbildung im HR Bereich (HR Personalfachfrau/-mann, Weiterbildungen FH/Uni).
- Punktest mit fundierter HR-Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit Schichtarbeit mit.
- Hast eine hohe IT Affinität und bist erfahren in der Anwendung von MS-Office.
- Übernimmst gerne Verantwortung arbeitest gerne selbständig, denkst mit und handelst lösungsorientiert.
- Hast Spass an der Arbeit mit Menschen.
- Sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch und bist in beiden Sprachen schriftlich stilsicher.
