Location: Root D4, CH, 6039Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.
To support our Global Marketing Team in Root, Switzerland we are looking for a
**Director, Global Marketing Launch Lead, Ovarian Cancer**
In this role, you will act as a key member of the Global Marketing Excellence Team and oversee the global marketing go-to-market strategy and tactical campaign for Ovarian Cancer.
The position is based in our Root Office, Switzerland in a hybrid work set-up and requires up to 40% travel.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will be heading the core, extended ovarian cancer teams, and oversee cross-functional launch readiness and the global marketing go-to-market strategy as well as tactical campaign.
- In close collaboration with Regional and Country Marketing Teams, Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory and others, you coordinate and execute effective launch readiness activities.
- You work on the global marketing campaign including messaging, creative, visual aids and other core tactics such as development of training materials in collaboration with regional and local marketing teams and enables the local pull-through.
- In strong collaboration with the Ovarian Cancer Project Management lead you develop, cross-functional readiness dashboards in order to track launch readiness activities.
- Where necessary you hire, train and onboard new employees.
**Your profile**:
- You bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience with in-line product marketing or global marketing with focus in the oncology therapeutic area. Experience in ovarian cancer is strongly preferred.
- You have experience in launching new indication areas and a proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- You work independently and are able to take on multiple tasks simultaneously while performing at high levels.
- You understand the activities, regulations and processes required for successful product marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in people management is a plus.
