Product Manager (m/w/d) 80 - 100%

Ihre Mission und Herausforderungen: Als unser Produkt Manager haben Sie die Gesamtleitung über den Lebenszyklus aller Durasafe®-Produkte im Bargeldbereich. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre eigenen Ideen und Ansätze einzubringen, Kundenanforderungen umzusetzen und dabei die Chance, unsere einzigartigen Produkte weltweit im Markt zu positionieren.
- Analysieren Sie die Kundenbedürfnisse, aktuelle Marktrends und potentielle Partnerschaften
- Gewinnen Sie ein tiefes Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und identifizieren dabei neue Produktfeatures und -ideen, mit dem Ziel höhere Marktanteile zu gewinnen
- Unterstützen Sie die Preis
- und Positionierungsstrategie für Ihr Produktportfolio
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserer F&E initialisieren und entwickeln Sie neue funktionale Produkte
- Mit dem Marketingteam erstellen Sie die nötigen Verkaufsunterlagen und unterstützen mit Ihrem Wissen das Verkaufsteam

Sie überzeugen dafür mit folgenden Fähigkeiten:

- Eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, mit Schwerpunkt im Produktmanagement und/oder Marketing, haben Sie abgeschlossen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Produktmanagement konnten Sie im industriellen Umfeld sammeln
- Ein ausgeprägt unternehmerisches Flair hilft ihnen weiter
- Technischer Hintergrund im Bereich der Papier
- oder Verpackungsindustrie oder ähnlich von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend nötig für die gute Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kunden
- Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch Ihre ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität aus
