Stellenbeschreibung
- Fachliches und operatives Führen der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter zur Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Planungs
- und Beratungsleistung
- Hauptansprechpartner und -verantwortung für die zugeteilten Kampagnen/Projekte
- Eigenständiges Betreuen und Steuern des zugeteilten Projektportfolios inkl. Sicherstellung einer anforderungsgerechten, konvergenten internen und externen TV-Beratung
- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von TV-Kampagnen basierend auf einer definierten Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Media Director
- Entwicklung von kanalübergreifenden Grobplanungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Media Managern und Campaign Plannern
- Kontinuierliche Prozess-Optimierung TV-Einkauf
- Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Kampagnenstrategien und -planungen
- Hauptansprechperson für TV-Anbieter
- Aufbereiten von Marktdaten, Programm-Empfehlungen, Analysen, Inflationsdaten
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe in PreBooking-Phasen
- Verantwortlich für die Effizienz beim Mediaeinkauf (quantitativ wie qualitativ) in enger Abstimmung mit den Media Managern und Campaign Plannern
- Aktive Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings
- Verantwortlich für die Zielerfüllung (aktive Überwachung und Optimierung der Kampagnen), die Einhaltung von Kampagnenbudgets sowie die Generierung von Erkenntnissen für Folgekampagnen
- Unterstützung Client Partner bei Budgetplanung und Forecast sowie Kundenrequests
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer höchst professionellen Kunden-/Agenturbeziehung
- Regelmässige, proaktive Berichterstattung über sämtliche Kundenaktivitäten an den Client Partner und Managing Director

Qualifikationen
- Langjährige TV-Erfahrung in Strategie, Planung und Einkauf auf Mediaagenturseite
- Fundiertes TV-Fachwissen, medienübergreifend von Vorteil
- Starke Kenntnisse des Schweizer Medienmarkts
- Ausgeprägtes Marketing
- und Kommunikationsverständnis
- Strategische und taktische Denkweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
- Kommunikationsstark in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch zwingend)
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse sämtlicher Agenturprozesse
- Hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office, TV-Markttools wie Evo Ad, Instar Analytics, Publiplan/Mediapro, Leading Media
- Führungserfahrung, hohe TV-Strategie-, Umsetzungs
- und Sozialkompetenz
- Hohes Mass an Entscheidungsfähigkeit im Rahmen deiner fachlichen Kompetenzen
- Stark motiviert und in der Lage, das Umfeld positiv zu beeinflussen
- Souveränität und Durchsetzungskraft
