**VOS TÂCHES**:

- Soutenir activement les intermédiaires (grandes structures) et les courtiers dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs dans le domaine de la Prévoyance privée
- Recherche proactif de nouvelles relations commerciales/partenaires (p.ex. intermédiaires, courtiers, banques, etc.)
- Soutien des intermédiaires et des courtiers dans le conseil professionnel aux clients dans le domaine de la Prévoyance privée
- Soutien à la promotion et au développement des compétences professionnelles dans le domaine de la Prévoyance privée des intermédiaires et des courtiers
- Accompagnement et soutien des Sales Manager pendant les entretiens avec les intermédiaires et courtiers
- Proposer, planifier et analyser des actions commerciales dans le domaine de la Prévoyance privée
- Assurer des tâches de représentation pour développer et entretenir le réseau de relations dans la Romandie

**NOS ATTENTES**:
**Formation**:

- Formation de base achevée
- Formation continue de le domaine de la Prévoyance un atout (p.ex. Planificateur financier avec brevet fédéral)
- Certification AFA et inscription CICERO

**Compétences**:

- Expérience approfondie dans le domaine After-Sales et du marketing dans le secteur de l'assurance
- Langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (C1)
- Forte capacité de planification et d'organisation, bonne gestion du temps et des priorités
- Sens de la cohérence, rigueur, autonomie et proactivité
- Aisance, persévérance et flexibilité vis-à-vis de toutes les parties prenantes impliquées
- Aisance dans l'utilisation des outils bureautiques et informatiques (Excel, PowerPoint et Word)
- Travail organisé, précis et méthodique
- Personnalité dynamique, autonome et polyvalente
- Personnalité ouverte et engageante avec de bonnes capacités de communication
- Capacité à travailler avec plusieurs équipes ainsi qu'avec des équipes externalisées

**Expérience**:

- Expérience pratique dans le service à la clientèle (vente et conseil)
- Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des assurances notamment dans le domaine de la Prévoyance
