**VOS TÂCHES**:

- Le Relationship Manager est responsable du développement commercial des branches Entreprises pour le Canton de Vaud
- Il développe et maintien son portefeuille de clients attribués
- Il gère activement un portefeuille de courtiers et le développe
- Il soutient activement ses collègues du réseau de Distribution dans les branches Entreprises
- Il exploite au maximum les opportunités de cross-selling et de production personnelle
- Il s’implique dans les tissus économiques
- politiques locaux.

**NOS ATTENTES**:
**Formation**:

- Employé(e) de commerce avec expérience dans les domaines des Assurances Entreprises

**Compétences**:

- Excellente maîtrise du français (C2)
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (C1), bonnes connaissance de l'allemand (B2) et de l'italien (B2), un atout
- Très bonnes connaissances des branches Indemnité journalières, LAA/C et Prévoyance professionnelle
- Connaissances du réseau de courtiers de la région lémanique
- Entregent, souplesse, bon sens

- Gestion d'un réseau de courtiers Entreprises
