Description du poste
- The Sales & Client Management department is charge of building, maintaining and fructifying Azqore’s business. It is constituted by a team that is the main interface with both current clients and potential prospects.
- It is thus at the front line to make Azqore reach its ambitious growth target, by putting the clients at the center of its activity, being attentive to their needs, bringing them value, increasing their satisfaction and building an intimacy.
- Overall, as a Relationship Manager Team, your key focus will be on leading and developing your team, managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Develop client relationship.

Activities

**Management**
- Leading and managing a team of relationship managers, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve team objectives. This includes setting performance targets, conducting regular team meeetings, and fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.

**Business development**
- Ensure communication around Azqore and its news;
- Promote Azqore products and services;
- Identify new business opportunities and collect client needs;
- Organize commercial proposals;
- Contractualise the subscription to new products and services;
- Contribute to events organized by Azqore.

**Client relationship management**
- Be involved in managing key client account personally;
- Measure client satisfaction;
- Follow-up requests and deliveries;
- Lead management meetings;
- Provide personalized service to C-levels;
- Keep abreast of client news.

**Internal coordination**
- Collaborate with other departements, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure effective coordination and alignement in delivering exceptional service to clients;
- Ensure updating of KYC tool;
- Follow-up on contracts and monitor bills payment;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.-

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Relationship Manager position.
