**Your field of responsibility**

Are you interested in working on key change and transformation projects from initial assessment, option development all the way through to implementation, in close collaboration with the Asset Servicing senior management?
You will create tangible impact, taking responsibility for complex change projects, building a platform for personal development. The role offers the opportunity to build up a broad network and extend the knowhow across various functions within the Swiss and European institutional space.

**Your skills and experience**

We are looking for outstanding problem-solvers with a positive mindset and the drive, someone who:

- Has an above-average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, economics, natural sciences, or engineering
- Spent at least 5 years with a strategy consulting firm, has a successful track record in a strategy/ internal consulting role within a financial services company or some comparable experience
- Demonstrates ability in and is passionate about managing projects and central initiatives
- Shows excellent analytical-conceptual skills, strong thought leadership and story-lining capabilities, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
- Contributes with positive personality drive and energy to generate creative solutions for complex problems
- Has strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels
- Excels at presenting and has proficiency in English (both written and oral), strong German language skills are a plus
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
