Als Commercial Associate bist du ein wichtiges Mitglied eines crossfunktionalen Teams, das alles dafür tut, dass die richtigen Menschen von unseren Produkten im Bereich der Hämatologie profitieren.

Du wirst
dafür sorgen, dass innovative, interne und externe Kampagnen, Projekte und Veranstaltungen im Bereich Marketing und Verkauf umgesetzt werden können. Das geht nur, dank deiner Unterstützung. Denn du bist mit anderen Associates sowie diversen Agenturen und Dienstleister gut vernetzt und schaust, dass diese für Ihre Leistungen bezahlt werden.

Du hast die volle Kontrolle über das Budget.

Du verwaltest den Lebenszyklus diverser Werbematerialien und schaust, dass Verträge korrekt erstellt, erneuert, gekündigt und archiviert werden.

Du wirst aber ebenso neue, kreative Ideen liefern, damit künftige Kampagnen und Projekte noch mehr Wirkung haben werden. Letztendlich, ist es für dich selbstverständlich, dass du bei deiner Arbeit alle Gesetze, Vorschriften und Richtlinien einhältst und gar proaktiv schaust, dass diese eingehalten werden.

**Qualifications**:

- Du - hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung (KV) oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation (o.ä.). Eventuell hast du gar im Bereich Kommunikation studiert oder tust es noch.
- punktest, wenn du in einer ähnlichen Funktion bereits Erfahrung gesammelt hast.
- sprichst Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse. Super wäre, wenn du allenfalls noch einige Französisch
- oder Italienischkenntnisse hast.
- schreckst von der digitalen Welt nicht zurück. Im Gegenteil, du kannst gar anderen von dessen Vorteilen und Möglichkeiten überzeugen.
- bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, magst den transparenten Austausch und bist zu dem noch kreativ und voller Eigeninitiative. Ebenso bist du ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest sorgfältig, präzise und selbständig.
