**Division Controller (m/w/d) 80 - 100%**:

In this role you will provide key support to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for Smart Buildings, Smart Power Division M&S and serving as the interface with Global Division ELSB/ELSP M&S Controller Europe, Canada and Francophone Africa
- Establishing cost structures, productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve net working capital
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements
- Performing financial analysis, reporting to business managers and making suggestions to improve performance, where appropriate
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Controllers, the Accounting Center and others to identify and discuss issues, and suggest improvements

**Your background**:

- Min. bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting or Business related
- At least 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing, project or business controlling
- Very good understanding of pricing management
- Advanced in Accounting & very good understanding of project business and risk management
- Experience in working with Sarbanes Oxley Act principles
- Experience in working with Full Cost Models
- Experience in managing high volume data, with multiple dimension analysis
- Hands on experience on various modules of SAP (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP), BW/BI & MS Office, Power BI, Office 365
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in working in international environment is desirable
