**Stellenbeschreibung**
Der** Internal Communication and Events Manager** fördert ein eng vernetztes und gut informiertes Arbeitsumfeld in unserem Unternehmen. In dieser Teilzeitposition, die an den Head of Corporate Communication & Public Affairs berichtet, liegt der Fokus auf der Verbesserung der internen Kommunikation und der Stärkung der Organisationskultur durch gut geplante und effektiv durchgeführte interne Veranstaltungen. Die ideale Person in dieser Rolle sorgt dafür, dass alle Mitarbeitenden über Unternehmensentwicklungen informiert sind und durch strategische Kommunikationsinitiativen sowie Corporate Events eingebunden werden. Die Position erfordert eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Kommunikationsziele zu erreichen und Veranstaltungen erfolgreich zu managen.

**Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Kommunikationsstrategien zur Steigerung der Mitarbeiterbindung und zur Information der Mitarbeitenden über Unternehmensentwicklungen.
- Planung, Organisation und Management von internen Veranstaltungen, einschliesslich Townhall-Meetings und Corporate Events.
- Koordination mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung des Veranstaltungserfolgs, inkl. Budgetverwaltung, Terminplanung und Management von Lieferantenbeziehungen.
- Erstellung und Verwaltung interner Kommunikationsmaterialien wie Newsletter, E-Mails und Intranet-Updates.
- Erstellung klarer und konsistenter Inhalte für interne Kommunikationskanäle.
- Sammeln und Auswerten von Mitarbeitendenfeedback zur Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit von Kommunikationsstrategien und Veranstaltungen.
- Berichte über Veranstaltungsergebnisse und die Auswirkungen von Kommunikationskampagnen, inklusive Verbesserungsvorschlägen.
- Diese Rolle erfordert flexible Arbeitszeiten, besonders rund um Veranstaltungen. Die Aufgaben sollen in Teilzeit erledigt werden, mit Fokus auf wichtige Aktivitäten und Spitzenzeiten.

**Qualifikationen**
- Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Kommunikation, PR oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der internen Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit oder im Veranstaltungsmanagement.
- Hervorragende Schreib-, Bearbeitungs
- und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; in der Lage, Informationen effektiv und kreativ zu vermitteln.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (Company Language).
- Versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationswerkzeugen.
- Starke Organisations
- und Planungsfähigkeiten, mit Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Termine gleichzeitig zu managen.
- Teamfähigkeit und effiziente Arbeitsweise mit verschiedenen Managementebenen und Mitarbeitenden.
- Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Inputs kohärent umzusetzen.
- Flexibilität und anpassungsfähig.
- Detailorientiert und qualitätsbewusst.
- Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Arbeitseinstellung.
