**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, roll out and maintain DXT Commodities Linux servers, with local and networked storage
- Handle and tune a wide range of server types: database servers, HPC servers, storage servers, data analysis servers, HPC Clusters
- Storage management, tuning and troubleshooting
- Systems performance monitoring
- Documentation creation and maintenance
- Full ticket lifecycle management: from initial analysis to solution implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM are preferred, but not mandatory
- Sound Linux System administrator skills
- Solid TCP/IP networking experience, needed to properly interact with network management team
- Shell scripting basic knowledge, in order to maintain legacy code
- Will to improve and learn in-depth
- Resourcefulness with strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to establish a work relationship with the internal customers
- Able to work effectively during off hours on-call activities
- Previous experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Oracle RDBMS or PostgreSQL are a plus
