About the role
By leveraging local market insights and campaign performance metrics, while collaborating with global marketing and Digital teams, the campaign manager will be the regional expert and the key person to support and service EMEA countries. You will also collaborate across the organisation to ensure alignment and consistency of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities - Lead generation and capture- Develop a deep understanding of the target audiences, their needs and consumer personas- Leverage market research, data insights and local market intel to inform and support development of global DTC campaign strategies- Work with global, regional and local communication teams to adapt and refine DTC campaigns- Drive the roll-out of global DTC campaigns in EMEA Markets across various channels in conjunction with Digital teams-
- Ensure business goals are met within resource and budget allocations- Develop DTC program expansion into new markets- Facilitate regional meetings with local markets, aiming to continuously elevate the DTC program and results through best practice and knowledge sharing- Drive adoption of marketing processes in region, input into development of processes with global lead countries- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
Main KPIs: from paid media grow quality leads, SALs (Sales Accepted Leads), optimise cost-per-SAL, increase DTC surgeries, optimise cost-per-surgery.
You will also:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product marketing, consumer education, digital, clinical, legal and privacy as well as 3rd party service providers, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing projects- Work closely with marketing and product teams to maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services, market trends, market research, competitive landscape and growth opportunities influencing the field of hearing implants- Manage budgets, calendars and analytics dashboards for relevant projects and report back key updates to internal partners
As Campaign Manager you will also follow relevant quality procedures to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement. Undertake additional quality responsibilities (e.g. audit) when appropriately trained to undertake these responsibilities. You will also contribute with ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables. Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules, and instructions and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries to manager.
Key Requirements- University degree in marketing/business administration and/or on-the job experience in the consumer marketing field in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years- Demonstrated success in complex international companies, with a Headquarters and/or Regional role, driving marketing plans and execution across multiple geographic markets- Expertise at devising, driving and optimising omni channel digital consumer campaigns (paid and organic) at agency and/or client side.- Data-driven, analytical as well as conceptually strong- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills in intercultural context- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team player, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Experience in successfully leading virtual teams- Fluent English, other European languages a strong advantage
Desired Skills- Good knowledge and understanding of the hearing aid industry, customer segments, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape-
- Proficiency or good understanding of marketing software and tools e.g. SalesForce, Marketo, Tableau, Google analytics.
