Our Cochlear EMEA Marketing Department is currently looking for a **Marketing Automation Campaign Manager** to join the diverse and multi-cultural Digital Experience Team, located in Basel.
In this role you will support the management of upstream and downstream marketing automation activities to ensure scalable, globally consistent and outcome driven results. To do this, Marketing Automation Campaign Manager will play a key role in training and developing team members whilst supporting the Marketing Automation Team Lead EMEA in pipeline and team management activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Campaign management for continuous improvement & reporting**
- Cooperate with local and regional stakeholders to identify potential for process automation and pro-actively communicate and iterate findings
- Lead by example and guide MA team members to develop, execute and document MA projects to the highest quality standards
- Initiate and supervise the implementation of simplified processes that favour automation and require mínimal manual intervention or maintenance while offering highly personalised targeting
- Identify KPIs/metrics that provide accurate and insightful indications of progress and outcomes
- Implement, maintain, and communicate target-group specific reporting and dashboards in Marketo/SFDC
- Improvement of marketing Automation practices
- Analyse completed MA projects/activities, considering lessons learned to improve future projects/activities, to minimise risks and to appropriately stage delivery where required
- Develop MA training programs and processes with the MA Team Lead
- Provide marketing automation trainings to team members and internal stakeholders (e.g. regional and local marketing and sales teams)
- Monitor and regularly update the annual marketing automation activity/campaign calendar
- Champion success stories and drive collaboration amongst CRM and Marketing Automation practitioners across the company and with external partners
**Execution Responsibilities**
- Gather business requirements from global, regional, and country teams
- Organize solution design, testing, review, and release of marketing automation programmes into production
- Educate internal stakeholders about the campaign and briefing process. Ensure the briefing process is followed and the work identified in briefs is complete, accurate and achievable
- Plan and support the marketing automation team to project manage the implementation of MA programs in individual countries and/or across EMEA to agreed timelines and budgets
- Manage internal stakeholders, ensuring deliverables and escalating issues as required
- Work with IT teams to ensure that IT/Business System requirements are met, including the testing of systems and the adherence to milestone governance requirements
- Liaise across other systems and business stakeholders as required
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 years of total work experience. (Database driven marketing, multi-cultural marketing campaigns)
- Experience working on marketing projects relating to automated communications.
- Experience analyzing business requirements for customer-facing processes or systems in complex organizations
- Experience building operational campaigns requires deep understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation systems and their capabilities
- Excellent team player with analytical skills
