Job description

Amaris Consulting is hiring We are looking for a Transformation Manager to join our team in Switzerland.

As a Transformation Manager, your mission will be to support the management and coordination of transformation projects.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and proactively taking corrective actions as needed.
Handling resource allocation and global calculations for an 18-month period.
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Contributing to budget management and ensure project deliverables are met.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in program management, ideally within the Life Sciences industry.
Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong project management skills, including budget management, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
