The primary function of the Business Model Innovation Poject Manager is to engage with a broad internal and external ecosystem to design, pilot, and implement new and innovative business models in the Energy transition and digitalization segment in EMEA.
These business models are designed to enable the organization to differentiate, increase market share in energy solutions, and more critically increase the value added to our customers.
Innovation in these models focuses on business and operating structure, related-to, but usually distinct from technology and services innovation.
The Business Model Innovation Project Manager will test the new ideas through modeling, and engage with our broader organization to assess their feasibility. Alongside the Strategic Financing and Venture BD Director and Key account managers, he/she will then negotiate with customers or partners, the co-development and piloting of opportunities, and finally help scaling the successful new solutions into our portfolio.
**Your main responsibilities**
- Understand market dynamics competitive activity, key jobs-to-be-done & whitespace opportunities in the Energy transition and digitalization space.
- Manage the pipeline of identified business opportunities.
- Be hands-on and lead early-on experimentation and validation of new opportunities.
- Facilitate brainstorming, customer co-creation workshops, sprints, and workshops to create and evaluate new and innovative business models.
- Lead the implementation of strategic business initiatives identified internally or externally.

**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or similar fields or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong experience in commercial strategy development, business model innovation, competitor analysis, deal structuring, commercial modeling, or relevant consultancy projects.
- Proactive mind-set with desire for clear accountability and ownership.
- Drive for transparency & risk management.
- Ability to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams / in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English.
