**Contexte**:
Le Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) est l'un des 5 hôpitaux universitaires suisses. Grâce à sa collaboration avec la Faculté de biologie et médecine de l'Université de Lausanne et l'EPFL, le CHUV joue un rôle de pointe dans les domaines des soins médicaux, de la recherche médicale et de la formation.

Afin de soutenir** les différentes plateformes de recherche et de production** qui opérent selon les normes de bonne pratiques de fabrication BPF/cGMP, Le centre des thérapie expérimentales recherche** un-e responsable de l’unité de support opérationnel pour le CTE.**

**Mission**:
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous serez amené-e à:
**Assurer le management transversal du support technique (5 à 10 collaborateurs-trices) du CTE, en particulier sur les sujets suivants**:
**1) Parc des équipements du CTE**:

- **Assurer une planification** et une **coordination** appropriées et efficaces de l'**acquisition**, de la **(re)qualification**, de l'**étalonnage** et de la **maintenance** de l'infrastructure, des équipements et des utilités, ainsi que de la conformité aux BPF**, en collaboration étroite avec la Direction Construction, Ingénierie, Technique et Sécurité (CIT-S) du CHUV**:

- **Répondant-e pour le CTE de l'exécution des travaux de maintenance planifiés, dans les délais et en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires des installations, des utilités, des équipements et des instruments d'analyse. **Recommander et mettre en œuvre des améliorations du processus de qualification en fonction des besoins du CTE

**2) Supply chain**:

- **Assurer la disponibilité des matières et consommables, superviser le stockage, la manutention et la distribution des produits, identifier** de manière proactive les problèmes liés à l'approvisionnement et **mettre en oeuvre** des solutions appropriées
- **Rédiger, réviser et approuver les documents techniques** (gestion des modifications, les protocoles de (re)qualification et les rapports)

**3) Planification globale des activités**:

- **Assurer** une planification efficace des activités du CTE de la planification globale à l’ordonnancement des opérations, coordonner les différentes plateformes entre elles.
- **Assurer** une communication et planification efficace avec les différents départements du CHUV.
- **Apporter** un **support opérationnel** à l’ensemble des **départements** du **CTE**

**4) Excellence opérationnelle**:

- **Assurer** une homogénéité des initiatives d’amélioration.
- Etre **répondant** pour l’excellence opérationnelle au sein du CTE

**5) Autres**:

- **Superviser** et **former l'équipe** de logistique et support
- **Superviser, former et évaluer** le personnel de l’unité.
- **Etre responsable du maintien à jour des procédures (SOP) et des diverses documentations**:

- Responsable du **maintien à jour des procédures et de la documentation des activités réalisées**:

- **Diriger** les **investigations** (techniques)** sur les déviations** et les **non-conformités**:

- **Représenter l'unité** Support Opérationnel du CTE et agir en tant que référent pour les **inspections/audits**:

- Responsable des **livrables et des jalons des projets techniques**:

- Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un **Master dans un domaine technique **ou d’un **titre jugé équivalent**:

- Vous bénéficiez d'une **expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un environnement GMP **avec une **expérience dans les installations de production, **la maintenance des bâtiments et des équipements (HVAC, isolateurs, etc.)
- Vous justifiez d'une** expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans la direction et le développement d'une équipe de support technique et vous justifiez d’une expérience dans la logistique**:

- Vous justifiez d’une** expérience de planification de production / planification d’activités complexes et inter département**:

- Vous êtes** formés aux** **technique d’excellence opérationnelles**:

- Vous démontrez une **capacité à conduire des changements**:

- Vous aimez travailler de façon **autonome** tout en ayant un **fort esprit d’équipe** et êtes capable de **travailler** de **manière transversale**:

- Vous démontrez une **excellente maitrise de la langue anglaise et française** (oral et écrit) (niveau C1)
- Proactif-ve et doté-e d’un **excellent sens de l’initiative**, vous êtes capable de vous organiser afin de bien gérer votre temps et vos priorités
- Vos **aptitudes interpersonnelles, votre gestion du stress** ainsi que votre **sens de la diplomatie **vous permettent de faire face aux imprévus avec **tact et bienveillance** de manière professionnelle et efficiente
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Microsoft Office).
