Our client, an international industrial company based in French-speaking Switzerland and specializing in high-value industrial equipment, is actively seeking:
A Technical Writer / Constructor to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge technical documentation for innovative machinery.

The Technical Writer / Constructor will be the essential interface between engineers, technicians, and users. The role involves analyzing and synthesizing technical design data of equipment or systems to produce clear and precise operational, user, maintenance, or repair documents for end-users. This work primarily takes place in an office environment using specialized computer methods and software.

Vos missions
- Analyze provided technical data (plans, parts lists, system descriptions, 3D models...) and communicate with clients as necessary.
- Develop and revise technical documentation for maintenance or usage, adhering to technical specifications and industry standards for machinery.
- Create, manage, and distribute layouts (diagrams) of our machinery.
- Support the technical office by undertaking small mechanical constructions.
- Review and validate technical documentation produced by third parties.
- Maintain clear and concise activity tracking.
- Contribute to the evolution of methods and processes by engaging in continuous improvement initiatives within our teams.

Vos compétences
- Technical degree in mechanical engineering with a basic training in construction drafting (CFC).
- 2-3 years of experience as a technical writer.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, DraftSight, or Autocad.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software for desktop publishing: Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, PageMaker, Photoshop.
- Internet tools: automatic translation, publication.
- Good knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and GPS drawing notation.
- Autonomy, ability to work in a team, initiative, interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
- Excellent written French and spelling.
- Good knowledge of English.
