Le poste est à pourvoir au sous-groupe des services audio-visuels aux conférences, groupe des services techniques, section des bâtiments et des services techniques, services centraux d'appui, Division de l'administration, à l'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG). Le (la) titulaire relève du (de la) superviseur (superviseuse) du sous-groupe des services audio-visuels aux conférences.

**Responsibilities**:
Sous la supervision de l’ingénieur audiovisuel, superviseur (superviseuse) du sous-groupe des services audiovisuels aux conférences, le (la) titulaire:
Gestion administrative, études et planification
- Assiste le superviseur ou/et son adjoint à coordonner le travail des techniciens dans leurs activités de maintenance ou d’installations ;
- Rédige et/ou participe à la rédaction du cahier des charges pour l'achat de services ou de biens ;
- Participe à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre des normes de travail techniques et organisationnelles de l'Unité (standard AV) ;
- Assure de fournir la documentation permettant aux exploitants des salles de comprendre les fonctionnalités ;
- Analyse des appels d'offres et rédaction des recommandations de passation des marchés ;
- Planifie les investissements ;
- Assure le suivi de la performance des contractants externes ;
- Effectue à la demande de son supérieur toute tâche dans son domaine de compétence.

Mise en place des nouveaux projets - formation et maintenance
- Evalue les systèmes audiovisuels de conférences existants et futurs (sonorisation, systèmes d'interprétation simultanée, systèmes d'enregistrement, systèmes audiovisuels, système d'écoute téléphonique pour conférences, connexion audio nécessaire pour les conférences, à la diffusion sur le Web,) et propose de nouvelles conceptions conformes aux normes industrielles et aux futures tendances ;
- Elabore des plans de formation adaptés aux techniciens et au public visé ;
- Assure la formation des techniciens sur les règles d’utilisation des installations techniques des salles de conférences, en fonction de l’évolution des équipements et des procédures de travail ;
- Contribue à la conception, la gestion, la maintenance des infrastructures et des workflows audiovisuels ;
- Met en place et gère un programme de maintenance technique de 2 niveaux, préventif et curatif, avec du personnel interne ou via des entreprises externes ;
- Maintient la veille technologique et participe aux projets d'investissements matériels et logiciels pour la production et la distribution de supports audiovisuels ;
- Examine et évalue les propositions techniques des entrepreneurs pour tous les systèmes audiovisuels dans le cadre des appels d’offres et y apporter des commentaires. Apporter un soutien technique et logistique au personnel de la sous-unité audiovisuelle ;
- Réalise des analyses de performance et proposer et mettre en oeuvre des actions correctives dans le cadre du processus d'amélioration continue ;
- Effectue à la demande de son supérieur toute tâche dans son domaine de compétence.

Projet spécial SHP - Contribue au Plan stratégique du patrimoine (SHP) sur tous les aspects techniques selon les besoins
- Communique avec les experts opérationnels SHP et FMS pour fournir des informations techniques sur les équipements existants, la maintenance et les opérations ;
- Fournit aux experts opérationnels SHP et FMS les informations nécessaires sur les contrats de maintenance afin de prolonger ou de mettre en oeuvre de nouveaux contrats de maintenance ;
- Assure le transfert d'informations de l'expert opérationnel SHP à l'équipe FMS en ce qui concerne les futures installations et équipements ;
- Coordonne les travaux du FMS pour assurer l'harmonisation entre le projet FMS et le projet SHP.

Competencies
Professionnalisme : Connaissance réseaux, Wireshark, troubleshooting Unicast, MulticastTirer. Maîtrise de logiciel CAD (Autocad, Vectorworks). Fierté de son travail et de ses réalisations. Faire preuve de compétence professionnelle et de maîtrise du Sujet.
