Für unseren Kunden, Roche Diagnostics International mit Sitz in Rotkreuz suchen wir einen Process Governance and Audit Manager (m/w/d)
**Hintergrund**:
Innerhalb von Global Operations Consumables betreuen wir im Bereich Process Governance die Prozesse von der Entwicklung über Product Care bis hin zum Phase-out. Dabei unterstützen wir die Prozesseigner und -Manager bei ihren Aufgaben im Prozess
- und Trainingsmanagement. Die Schnittstellen sind dabei innerhalb der Abteilung, sowie zu anderen Abteilungen innerhalb der Roche, sowie zu externen Herstellpartnern. Zusätzlich unterstützen wir den Fachbereichen in der Auditvorbereitung, -durchführung und -nachverfolgung und beraten bei Prozessfragen. Als Process Governance and Audit Manager unterstützen Sie die Prozesseigner und -manager im Bereich Prozess
- und Trainingsmanagement für Global Operations in Rotkreuz und beraten Anwendern bei Prozessfragen sowie rund um Audits
**Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in** bringt eine Ausbildung als Auditor mit Schwerpunkt in Medizintechnik mit und hat 5 Jahre Erfahrung im relevanten Tätigkeitsbereich. Zudem bringt dieser sehr gute Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und reguliertem Umfeld mit. Ausserdem kennt sich die Person im Bereich Softwareanwendungen gut aus. Letztlich spricht dieser Kandidat:in fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
**Aufgaben**:
**Audit Management**:
- Betreuung der Organisation bei der Auditvorbereitung, -durchführung und - nachverfolgung
- Durchführung von Trainings wie beispielsweise „Verhalten im Audit“
- Durchführung von internen Audits
**Prozessmanagement**:
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Organisation im Prozessmanagement
- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Ableiten von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Moderation von Workshops zu Prozessverbesserungen
- Darstellung und Pflege der Prozessland
- Erstellen von RACI Matrix, SIPOC Modelle
**Must Haves**:
- Ausbildung als (interner) Auditor (ISO 13485, In Vitro Diagnostics, etc.), sowie Erfahrungen im
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und min. 3 Jahre Erfahr
- Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im relevanten Tätigkeitsbereich und haben Erfahrungen in Führen von
- Analytischen Fähigkeiten, Prozessdenken, Zusammenhänge erkennen und verstehen können
- Sie freuen sich, zusammen im Team Erfolge zu erzielen und zeichnen sich durch Ihre
- Sehr hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch
