Departement description
The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. COO employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high-quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank’s overall strategy.
Mission
Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, you are in charge of the recruiting for all kind of positions in Ge-neva (Permanent, Temporary, IT Externals).
Challenges
Manage strategic and operational tasks at the same time
Be able to treat high volumes in short time
Follow up internal process for providers and coordinate the administrative onboarding
Main responsibilities
Coordinate and organize the interview process
Manage and coordinate the renewals of temporary and consultants
Manage the relationship with our providers in terms of negotiation and process follow-up
Working closely with Senior Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Support and Line Manager to proactive manage all recruiting
In charge of the recruiting strategy communication (Career website, Linkedin or any other support)
Education background
Bachelor Degree in Economics or human science is a mandatory education background
Experience
Minimum 3-years’ experience in a similar position as a recruiter in a recruiting company or in an international environment
Experience required dealing with a high volume of recruiting, of all kinds (temporary, permanent)
Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus
Experience with a recruiting tool is a necessary requirement. Taleo Business Edition knowledge would be a plus.
German or Italian or Spanish knowledge will be a plus
Language and personal skills
Fluent in French and English
Knowledge in German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian would be a plus
Be proactive and driven
Highly organized, manage tight deadlines within a quick-change environment, ability to work under pressure
Show strong client service ethic
Maintain quality standards despite schedule pressures
Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
