Now, we're seeking a trailblazing executive to lead one of our direct cleaning service brands in the dynamic German-speaking Swiss Market. Based out of our vibrant Zurich office, you'll play a pivotal role in:

- **Achieving Ambitious Goals**: Drive overall annual sales and growth targets to new heights.
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop medium to long-term strategies that propel our brand forward.
- **Financial Excellence**: Enhance reporting at the Group level by continuously improving financial processes.
- **Strategic Marketing**: Collaborate with our Group marketing team to implement effective marketing measures.
- **Team Empowerment**: Coach and motivate managers of the brand's branches and franchises to excel.
- **Effective Negotiation**: Negotiate with various business partners to secure advantageous deals.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing overall market trends.
- **Inspiring Leadership**: Lead quarterly team and business meetings with confidence and vision.

**Requirements**:
Do you have what it takes to lead with passion and drive? Here's what we're looking for:

- **Experience**: A solid track record of 15+ years in business, with a minimum of 10+ years spent in leadership positions, showcasing your expertise and strategic prowess.
- **Expertise**: With leadership experience in the hospitality sector, you possess a tangible understanding of the intricacies involved in orchestrating a people-centric enterprise.
- **Cleaning Insight**: Possessing awareness of the cleaning industry's landscape, you are able to articulate its challenges, potential avenues for growth, and external factors, despite not necessarily having direct cleaning experience.
- **Operational Excellence**: Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach and results-oriented mindset, you are not afraid of getting stuck in.
- **Leadership Prowess**: Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: An entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a data-oriented approach and an understanding of complex interrelationships.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English and German (both written and oral), with additional languages such as French being a plus.
