To support and further accelerate our growth in the DACH region, we are looking for a **Head of Sales** to join our sales team in Switzerland.

This role is remote working (you can be based in Switzerland or Germany) but we expect to see the Head of Sales on a regular basis at the office in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.

As part of our sales team and trained in our sales techniques, you will develop and close new business opportunities with Enterprise clients. You will be maintaining profitable growth and executing on overarching sales and corporate objectives.

You will work closely with the sales team and have the following duties:

- Build a commercial strategy to contract with Enterprise-level account (>€1M) and some mid-level accounts on defined verticals
- Manage & develop a team of 6 people (2 BDMs and 4 AMs) to meet the Switzerland objectives
- Monitor the KPIs of the sales team, improve processes & tools (CRM & others)
- Define the actions to retain and develop the turnover of existing customers

**,** with proven successful sales experience, capable of managing the sales team to support our company's growth and sustain our presence in the market.

**Exigences**:
**Must haves**:

- A minimum of **5 years** of experience in** B2B Sales in a senior role**:

- Have already **managed a team**: this means performance management, hiring, firing, coaching and training
- A track record of using & improving a **CRM **to drive performance (e.g. SalesForce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Fluent **German **and **English**, this is senior role so the HoS will be interacting in English every day with people inside the company and in German with clients

**Nice to have**:

- Previously worked in a Localization and/or Technology sectors
- Strong **leadership **and **management **skills, managing the team means setting the bar high on performance whilst ensuring people stay engaged
- Data-driven and organised
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in order to be able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- Self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we are looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
