- Division: Quality- Job Type: Permanent roleAfin de compléter les équipes Qualité de notre site de production de Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Quality Control Equipment Manager (h/f)**. Rapportant directement à la Head of Quality Control Chemistry, votre mission consiste à gérer le parc des équipements analytiques et des systèmes informatisés associés des laboratoires Contrôle Qualité (chimie, microbiologie), des laboratoires de Développement Analytique (chimie et biologie) et de la Production.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Planifier les qualifications périodiques, calibrations et maintenances des équipements analytiques des laboratoires et de production
- Gérer les contrats fournisseur des équipements analytiques
- Gérer le budget et les commandes associées aux prestations réalisées sur les équipements analytiques (qualification périodique, requalification, maintenance, réparation, support fournisseur )
- Rédiger les protocoles et rapports de qualifications des équipements analytiques
- Gérer l’ensemble de la documentation (Procédures, instructions, formulaires ) en lien avec l’activité de gestion des équipements de laboratoire
- Assurer un support technique pour les équipements analytiques et suivre les actions liées aux dépannages
- Agir en tant que System Owner des logiciels associés aux équipements de laboratoire
- Suivre l’obsolescence des équipements et des systèmes informatisés associés aux équipements
- Piloter des projets d’acquisition de nouveaux équipements pour les laboratoires

Pour mener à bien cette mission, nous recherchons une personne ayant le profil suivant:

- Formation d’ingénieur ou technicien supérieur dans le domaine Chimie ou Biotechnologique
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du Contrôle Qualité en industrie pharmaceutique
- Expérience dans le domaine de l’instrumentation de laboratoire, la gestion des fournisseurs et la qualification des équipements de laboratoire
- Très bonnes connaissances de la Pharmacopée Européenne et des requis règlementaires sur l’intégrité des données
- Connaissances souhaitées dans les logiciels Chroméléon, Tiamo, Trackwise
- Niveau courant en français avec de bonnes connaissances orales/écrites en anglais
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
