La Vaudoise est un investisseur immobilier actif dans toute la Suisse. Son département immobilier a pour mission d'optimiser la valeur et le rendement de son portefeuille sur la durée. L'équipe est composée de 12 spécialistes pluridisciplinaires et gère un portefeuille de 110 immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux, à travers toute la Suisse.
Pour renforcer notre équipe Construction Management, nous recherchons un/e **Project Manager** à 100%.
**Lieu de travail **:au siège de Lausanne, avec la possibilité de travailler deux jours à domicile (pour les résidents suisses) avec déplacements journaliers occasionnels.
**Les missions qui vous attendent**:
- Piloter les mandataires et les entreprises pour le développement et la réalisation de projets de rénovation et de construction selon les critères de coût, de qualité et de délai en tant que représentant du maître d'ouvrage : définition du produit, appels d'offres et négociations contractuelles, élaboration de plans financiers, suivi de l'exécution, réception du bâtiment et remise au Property manager.
- Identification des opportunités et des risques des bâtiments du portefeuille existant selon des critères techniques, économiques et de durabilité
- Planification et gestion des travaux d'entretien et d'investissement (CAPEX)
- Mise en œuvre de la politique globale de durabilité par le biais de mesures et de projets transversaux
- Soutien à la direction selon les besoins
**Votre profil**:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur, d'architecte ou formation équivalente
- Solide expérience générale dans le domaine de la construction : entreprise totale, bureau d’architecture ou d’ingénieur, investisseur immobilier (au moins 5 ans)
- De langue maternelle française (ou maitrise niveau C1 minimum) vous communiquez aisément et précis à l'oral et par écrit
- Capacité d’analyse holistique et de mise en œuvre pragmatique
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome dans vos projets
- Maitrise des outils numériques, en particulier MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
