**Receptionist - 60-80%**
**Overview**
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist within a leading investment Management company.
The role will has a workload of 80% and is based in Central Zurich.
**Main responsibilities**
- Take initial phone enquiries.
- Organise meetings, including room bookings, arranging and catering requirements and preparing documents and presentations.
- Maintain the meeting schedules for Senior Management
- Manage expenses and invoices,
- Organize team events including off-site meetings, conferences and trainings.
**Your skills**:
- 2 - 5 years working experience gained within a similar office environment
- Professional level of both English and German language skills;
- Solid IT skills in MS Office - MS Teams, Power Point, Excel
For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid EU / EFTA passport or an existing EU Residency permit.
