Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, une administration publique genevoise, un Test Manager spécialisé dans les tests de continuité et de reprise (DRP).

Le service "Sécurité de l'information et protection des données" souhaite renforcer les capacités de notre client à tester ses plans de continuité et de reprise des services, pour répondre aux besoins de maîtrise de ses risques.

Ce consultant devant avoir de l'expérience dans la mise en œuvre et la coordination de tests et d'exercices spécifiques à la continuité et la reprise de services informatiques. Il/Elle aura pour mission de définir la stratégie spécifique de tests et d'exercices de ce type, de piloter et coordonner sa mise en œuvre et de participer à la préparation et l'exécution de tests complexes.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Participer à la définition et au suivi des stratégies de test de continuité et de reprise des services prioritaires
- Accompagner et guider les services (gestionnaires de services, test leaders) dans la réalisation de leurs tests et exercices en lien avec la continuité et la reprise d'activités
- Participer aux revues des résultats des tests et exercices de continuité et reprise d'activités en évaluant la performance
- Concevoir et organiser des campagnes de tests de continuité et de reprise d'activités sur un ensemble cohérent de services, selon leur maturité
- Coordonner et superviser le bon déroulement des tests de continuité et de reprise d'activités
- Introduire des métriques pour mesurer la progression des tests et leur qualité. Fournir une vue consolidée des tests de continuité et de reprise d'activités réalisés, de leurs résultats et de leurs périodicités, au chef du processus
- Alerter la cheffe du processus en cas de non-conformités observées,
- Proposer des améliorations, par exemple pour une meilleure prise en compte des tests de continuité au sein du processus transversal "Validation et Test des services" (VALT), en lien avec le Centre d'Expertise de Tests (CET)
- Communiquer et développer des synergies avec le Centre d'Expertise de Tests (CET)
- Participer aux analyses, évaluation et déploiement de l'outillage de test nécessaire
- Master en systèmes d’information ou diplôme jugé équivalent.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le management des tests
- Capacité démontrée à rédiger des stratégies de tests de continuité et de reprise d'activités
- Expérience avérée de la planification, la coordination et la mise en pratique de tests de reprise après sinistre (DRP/PRA)
- Connaissance avérée d'outils de gestion de tests de reprise de services informatiques
- Connaissance approfondie des normes relatives à la continuité d'activités et de leur mise en œuvre (Certification ISO 22301 ou BCI ou équivalent)
- Très bonnes compétences générales en informatique dans un organisme ou société de grande taille
- Capacité à communiquer et à rapporter à des échelons élevés de l'organisation
- Capacité à apprécier le niveau de criticité d'une situation et à préparer des décisions en conséquence

Compétences optionnelles
- Pratique de JIRA et de son extension Xray,
- Connaissance des méthodologies HERMES, de la méthodologie Agile et des processus ITIL
- Certification CISSP ou équivalent en sécurité de l’information
- Expérience de l'administration publique
