**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Are you a passionate Senior Test Manager ready for an exciting journey with a digital finance institution? Join our team in Geneva and work closely with our client - a Geneva-based private bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Test Strategy, including special focus on
- Test Automation
- Test Data management
- Test Environment management
- Define test plans and test cases, review test scope
- Optimize test schedule to product milestones
- Defect management, finding and fixing bugs
- Outline and roll out Quality metrics
- Contribute to release management including testing and deploying software releases
- Close collaboration with Product management, Development and EPAM crowd-testing teams

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in test management and change management
- Solid understanding of Engineering Excellence
- Excellent Customer-facing and communication skills
- Strong Leadership and ownership capabilities
- Fluent English and French skills are needed

NICE TO HAVE
- Good knowledge of Tosca
- Good skills on mobile testing area
- Participation in Quality Engineering Assessment
