Rôle et activités
- Définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de test, le plan de test et les scénarios de tests.
- Estimer les ressources nécessaires pour effectuer les tests
- Définir, avec le support du chef de projet les acteurs nécessaires pour dérouler les tests
- Fournir une expertise de test pour aider les métiers et les business analystes à définir les scénarios de tests.
- Coordonner et suivre les activités de test sur les aspects de qualité et de délais
- S?assurer que le contenu et la structure de tous les livrables de tests sont documentés
- Organiser les réunions sur l?état d?avancement et communiquer périodiquement avec le chef de projet
- Exécuter les tests
- Suivre et préparer le rapport d?activités concernant le résultat des tests, la couverture de cas de test, les défauts détectés et leur statut à la fin d?une phase ou à la fin du projet

Compétences primordiales
- Expérience de 6 ans et plus comme testeur et test manager sur des projets fonctionnels et techniques
- Capacité à définir la stratégie de test et la dérouler
- Expérience de 6 ans et plus comme testeur et test manager dans un environnement non automatisé, et sans équipe de testeurs dédiés
- Capacité à coordonner les relations avec les différents intervenants : métier et technique
- Capacité à travailler dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire, avec des ressources mutualisées et non dédiées au projet
- Expérience confirmée dans un contexte avec des contraintes impératives de délais et des contraintes fortes de qualité
- Connaissance de la méthode Agile
- Le français à l?écrit et à l?oral est la langue de travail

Compétences importantes
- Expérience sur au moins un projet avec l?outil HP ALM
- Maitrise de l?outil JIRA et XRAY
- Connaissance d?au moins un outil d?automatisation de tests fonctionnels

Compétences optionnelles qui représenteraient un plus:

- Expérience sur au moins un projet avec la méthode SCRUM
- Expérience sur un projet de migration ou d?obsolescence
- Expérience sur un projet avec du développement réalisé en externalisation
- Expérience comme test manager sur des projets parallélisés
